That's the nick for the webapp. I would like to see a filed for "Gentoo Dev nick"

It is set once the bug is filed. So probably it should be set once a recruiter is assigned

The application doesn't have an connection with the current infrastructure, it will have to be inserted manually, probably by the mentor, do you think that's acceptable?
