Mobile layout #64

Is it possible to get a more optimised layout on mobile devices?

The fluid design is still going on for the public area, but for the admin dashboard it's not going to happen, since active_admin doesn't support it https://github.com/gregbell/active_admin/issues/1027.

I still cannot login on my cell phone as I cannot move the header part and the right side with the login is outside my screen.

This is not in live yet, this is a major change, we'll need to upgrade both ruby and rails for the next release.
