When I as mentor for example ask for additional details that should be answered by the applicant, it's a bit confusing to see the main answer text changed above my comments.
Ideally I would imagine that the old answer version stays on top of the page, followed by my comments, then the new answer version, and a new comment field. Basically like a sort-of "fixed format blog page".
This would make it much easier to see how the answer for a question evolves.
Once the answer is approved by the mentor, the old answer versions (and the mentor comments) can be removed or deleted.
