app-emulation/vmware-modules-308.1.1 doesn't build on 4.6.0 #26

Unfortunately commit 10131c0 does not close 583244 as claimed, the patch added in the commit is missing the necessary changes for vmblock-only/linux/inode.c which are present in the patch submitted to the original bug. The original bug patch does allow app-emulation/vmware-modules-308.1.1 to build successfully on 4.6.0

[edit] ignore previous comments I've removed, I hadn't reverted my commenting out of the 308-4.06-00-user-pages.patch to apply the patch in the bug
