Add workstation 10.0.6 plus modules and tools #5

Just wanted to follow up. I've been on vacation, but am back now and will look into merging in this ebuild as soon as I can test that it.

Note that this is tested with kernel 3.18. I don't think the patches work with higher versions.

Kernel 4.1 is the new LTS kernel, so I'll be upgrading to that soon. At that point, I can test kernel patches.

tools, player, modules have all had there versions bumped in the overlay. Additionally, I've created patches which cover up to linux 4.0 now (but 4.1 is untested).

I just updated to kernel 4.1 (4.1.2). Everything builds and works correctly.

Btw, the github repo is not up to date. Only the repo on anongit.gentoo.org is.

The git repo here is missing all updates. They're only in the anongit.gentoo.org repo.

Right, I am working with the guys who set things up to fix that. We'll get them in sync soon enough :-).
