Summary
Modified the template to move example scripts out of the main directories to the /examples/ subdirectory. This way the template can run out of the box without any of R / Stata / Python installed, and users who won't be working with analysis scripts don't need to worry about these.
Updated the documentation to move the repository instructions from README.md to the wiki.
