Standard for tabs #11

@jmshapir, I think it would be a good idea to reintroduce the standard of making tabs equal to four spaces in the text editors we use. This would allow everyone to be on the same page in terms of indentation, i.e. what we call as proper or wrong indentation will hopefully have a common meaning. Please let me know what you think.

@gentzkow let us know if you prefer that we make it an all-lab standard in which case I will migrate to a different part of the wiki.

Meantime closing this issue.
