Updates to Practice Task (local + Sherlock) instructions #23

The purpose of this issue (#23) is to update the lab-manual Wiki instructions for the Practice Task following our latest round of onboarding. @ShiqiYang2022 and @sthau made some helpful comments while running through this, which @jc-cisneros and I will address here (@ShiqiYang2022 I have added you as an assignee in case you want to propose additional edits of your own).

@ShiqiYang2022 I don't think @jc-cisneros or I will be able to get to this issue for some time, so feel free to propose some edits in this branch based on your intake experience (whenever you have bandwidth -- this is lower priority).

@lawrencech3n @bettyyw0120 if you find any of the Practice Task instructions unclear, you can flag it here. I suggest that you keep a list of comments and share a consolidated version once you are done with onboarding. In the meantime, we can answer any questions on Slack.

@snairdesai @ShiqiYang2022, my vote is to close this issue for now. We should revisit it if we want to shift to the bash-based template as our default.
