Autofilling #9

@gentzkow I've been experimenting with autofilling on some projects.

It has pros and cons but overall I find it helpful.

Should we move it out of the Allcott-Gentzkow appendix and make it a "main" appendix?

Yes! I've also found it works really well.

I might suggest at the same time that we drop mentions of textfill.

Done. I also eliminated some redundancies between the Papers and Slides page and the Autofilling page.
