img build stucks with 100% memory consumption #362

Problem:

img build python dlib library causing the build command running forever.
The build command hangs when the limit memory of the container reaches 99%

Environment:

img build is executed inside a container, inside k8s-
Spec for container is 16GB and 8 CPU
Dockerfile:
```
FROM python:3.9.14
```

RUN pip install cmake RUN pip install dlib
