Docker Image for GDAL 2.2.0 release #9

Any chance you could build the docker image for the newly released stable GDAL 2.2.0 Version? I tried it myself, but had problems with getting the ubuntugis packages, that I wasn't able to fix with my limited Linux knowledge.
