Replace current Advanced Search #1

Use existing drop-down lists for Resource Type, Public Access Limits and Data format. See issue #2, #3 and #4 for others...

The Resource Type drop-down should be removed. This was agreed during a MEDIN teleconference on 20th December 2012.

The dropdowns in the new search are supposed to allow multiple selections. This can be implemented using something along the lines of http://www.erichynds.com/jquery/jquery-ui-multiselect-widget/

The multiple selection functionality is implemented in commits 39205e09e2 and 175d36575b.
