Update the Originator column

Change the Originator column to contain data from the custodian field, call it 'Data Holder', and only show the organisation name (to be able to be sorted alphabetically)

This issue requires input from STFC as it looks like it involves changes to the DWS: they were emailed on Fri, 2 Mar 2012 14:09:41.

Received a reply from STFC on Mon, 5 Mar 2012 16:49:51:

There were two extra fields we are going to add to the MEDIN termTargets - "Custodian" and "Distributor" - I think these should appear in the AdditionalInformation element of the DocumentBrief section

So will wait for an update to the DWS WSDL.

@SteveDonegan - it doesn't look like the custodian field appears in the AdditionalInformation element: I can see the following fields in the AdditionalInformation returned by the new DWS:

Is this drop down list under 'Choose a data holder' dynamic? Users have noted that their organisations are not listed i.e. United Kingdom Hydrographic Office and Natural Resources Wales. It looks to me like a static list of datacustodians. Ideally it needs to be a dynamic list of datacustodians and datadistributors that people can choose from.

@gaev @jds88y no the drop down list isn't dynamic: you sent me the contents of the list and I populated a local database from this list. If you have an updated version of the list I'm happy to update the database.
