Add a green light to indicate availability of an online resource

Add a green light to indicate that an online resource (resource locator) is available. This will initially need to be added to the WSDL by STFC. Note from STFC - This is a portal issue – how the portal renders the returned XML is what needs to be altered here.

Emailed STFC today at Mon, 5 Mar 2012 17:10:18 for input as this does look like it requires an enhancement to the WSDL before it can be implemented on the portal.

STFC replied on Mon, 5 Mar 2012 17:17:28 and stated they will be basing the WSDL on the NERC DWS which does just what we need (click here for an example).

This is a separate issue to the 'green light' in the Record page which was requested in issue #17. Instead this requires an indicator column to be added to the Results page as is the case with the NERC DDS. An example NERC DDS search exhibiting this is here. This requires copying the relevant DWS functionality from the NERC DWS to the MEDIN DWS as per my previous comment:
