Remove elements from target search #2

Remove from target search ‘Topic Category’, ‘Author’, ‘Lineage’. Keep ‘Parameter’, ‘Resource Type’, ‘Data Holder’ (‘Custodian’ in the metadata), ‘Public Access Limits’, and ‘Data format’.

This is fixed in commit 9f5f2f26358fd460e7f6147f3e9f5bdef8b0878a. As per email correspondence with MEDIN today, the 'Topic Category' target has been kept as a hidden option.
