Some issues noted by students for the Global LSTM SWE Modeling use case:

Link from use case website (jupyter book) links to default use case template instead
Problem running into setting up environment:
- Missing packages (installs some packages directly from github)
We may need to switch from MS Planetary Computer to Google Colab

Thanks for starting this discussion - I think migrating to google colab is likely going to be the way to go here. I also had to take down my temporary version of the ERA5 snow depth water equivalent product due to hosting costs, but I believe there is now a public version on s3 that could be used.
