Link to Services in infobox #4132

To Improve the link from map viewer to service

After done the clean up of services (WMS WMTS DATA etc) as defined by @mariokeusen we can change the mako for all layers based on their service avilabililty from

whereas

WMS WMTS links to GetCap and LOD (linked open data) to https://ld.geo.admin.ch/sparql/

result: services are all linked
