For next deploy: Add gax namespace #81

To makes the tooltip options available in compressed build. We need to define a gax.MapOptions . I would prefer extends the typedef olx.MapOptions but I don't know if it's even possible without modifying olx.js.

If someone has a better idea, I will be happy to hear it.
