maintenance & updates #3

maintenance stuff:

updates all dependencies to most recent (though flask-restx is buggy atm)
updates the tests to reflect some api changes
remove previous commits as tests were otherwise failing
remove yapf and replace with black and flake8 which is much more robust

[ ] replace flask-restx version with proper version after this bug fix has been merged and released: https://github.com/python-restx/flask-restx/pull/423

I'll merge this so the actual bug fixes won't be drowning in all the linter changes.
