clarify licensing of the code #146

The current README of the project states that it released under a CC BY-SA 3.0 IT license.

I'm not very savvy on this topic but my impression is that CC licenses are not appropriate for code - I could be wrong though.

Can we clarify if this is really so?

totally agree, it applies to data
