Some configuration parameters are crucial for the correct operation of the system. As such it should not be possible to delete them or change their name property via the admin UI.

As such please lock down deleting and renaming the name for:

aggregation_period
archive
climatological_model
climatological_variable
historical_variable
measure
scenario
