Support inline SVG icons instead of webfont icons #30

We should move this project to inline SVGs instead of webfont iconography. If others are okay with that, I'll put it on my rainy day todo list.

Looks like Blacklight is SVG woke

GeoBlacklight is moving to inline SVGs with https://github.com/geoblacklight/geoblacklight/pull/840

We'll want to remove this gem as a dependency within future releases of GeoBlacklight.
