Add single document request handler #74

A single document request handler is required for using blacklight_folders. It could be named something differently than document, but would need to be configured in blacklight_config: https://github.com/projectblacklight/blacklight/blob/master/lib/blacklight/configuration.rb#L41-L60

After more tinkering with blacklight_folders, this search handler isn't needed so I'm closing this PR.
