Slack signup not working #199

Currently, the "Connect" page has the following link for signing up for the geoblacklight slack: https://geoblacklight.org/slack-signup

That page loads, but when you submit the form, it makes a POST request to the same address, which returns a "405 Not Allowed" response.

Rather than having to deal with server config, is there any reason we shouldn't just point people to the sign-up for the group on the Slack website? https://geoblacklight.slack.com/
