Update grids #231

This PR updates the grids in the site, including for the Showcases page:

  1. Uses the new built-in grid layouts for the Material template.
  2. Deprecates the plug-in Neoteori for grids
  3. Updates the showcase template for both a link to a project's public site as well as its code repo
  4. Updates the How To Submit to the Showcase page using the built-in grids
  5. Updates the ReadMe for installation (no longer including the plug-in)
  6. Adds a little color in the form of dark and light green matching the GBL logo

This change involves a simplification of the setup, so I think it is minor enough that I will just merge it.
