Simplify geoblacklight.org website info:
Remove “Contributing Code and Documentation” section
Remove box “Discuss on GitHub” from “Join the Community”
New section called “Contribute”
report a bug - link to issues
contribute to the codebase - link to contributing guidelines in GBL repo
help us write documentation - link to contributing guidelines in GBL website repo (need to create this doc, too!)
