Rename Maplibre to MapLibre everywhere for more coherency.
Better packaging.
Update compilation target and options.
I mainly took the same settings as in editrack, as they looks good for this lib as well.
The only breaking change should be the path (we have an index now, to prevent that) and the renaming from maplibre to mapLibre.
