identifier: everything after last slash code= portalName Genre: Geospatial data (hardcoded) + query for imageserver or image* string? Subject: possible query?

Format: If shapefile in distribution list, "Shapefile", else blank Type: look for Rest API & Shapefile distribution types: "Dataset|Service" Geometry Type: ?

Temporal: no easy answer

Spatial Coverage: add to input CSV Provenance: add to input CSV Is Part Of: add to input CSV Publisher: add to input CSV
