Provenance renaming | PreviousActionDate limit | Bbox Format #26

  1. Convert Provenance from short names to new names for the arcPortals.csv file.
  2. Fix Bounding box format for metadata formation after rounding to 4 digits in harvest.py file.
  3. Add a limitation for PreviousActionDate for the harvest.py file to disallow it equals to ActionDate if there is more than one re-accession attempt happening on the same day.
