Develop a public Metadata Harvesting Guide

We have been building workflows for harvesting metadata from various providers since the beginning of our project. However, these workflows are necessarily messy and complex due to the nature of parsing from external sites.

For the sprint 2023 semester, we are developing a Harvesting Guide that will outline the basic procedures involved in these workflows.
