"Multiple downloads" CSV imports failing #45

When I try to import a CSV to the Multiple downloads page, it spins for a few minutes and then fails. I was able to perform this action in February.

File I tried to import: 1-05a-01_multiple-downloads.csv

The application just provides a generic error. Is there a log that could tell me what is happening?

OK, I think it may have actually imported. This is a different error message than #41, which I thought got resolved last month.
