Advanced search - Provider field only returns the first few results #54

Similar to this issue: https://github.com/geobtaa/geoportal/issues/471

The Provider field in the Advanced Search has some kind of bug. I can only access the first 16 items with either the dropdown select or a search query.

The other fields seem fine - I can select or search for all of the options in any other field.

The Provider field seems find in the Advanced Search in the Geoportal. Just not in GBL Admin.
