Tidy up top menu #72

Some considerations for cleaning up the menu:

I rarely use Bookmarks. This could be added to the Admin dropdown right above "Users"
I never sign out. Maybe this could be a dropdown from the user name at the top?
GeoBlacklight Home seems like it is going to be the GeoBlacklight.org homepage. Could this be something like an icon "🌐"?

This is pretty low priority, but would make navigating the menu a little easier.
