Update mission statement to be full sentence #50

The phrasing could use slight adjustments for clarity - in particular a comma before the "and" in the first sentence! It's also nice to have a mission statement that says "BTAA GIN's mission is to..." so that it can be copied and pasted by external collaborators, fully phrased.

The mission of the BTAA-GIN is to support the geospatial research community by making resources easier to find, and to foster connections among geospatial library professionals through collaboration.
