Enable filtering by gbl_georeferenced_b #510

I would like to be able to construct Geoportal queries that include the Georeferenced field, but I am not sure if it is being indexed for search.

I can do this in GEOMG:

https://geomg.lib.umn.edu/documents?f%5Bgbl_georeferenced_b%5D%5B%5D=true

But, the same query in the Geoportal just returns all results:

https://geo.btaa.org/?f%5Bgbl_georeferenced_b%5D%5B%5D=true

We have a lot more georeferenced maps now, so it would be useful to just add this as a facet.
