CSV exports on Dev returning 0 rows #619

I am unable to export anything to CSV on the Dev site. Steps:

  1. Select any number of records
  2. Select Export -> CSV
  3. Go to Notifications
  4. The newly created CSV has the headers but 0 rows

Transferred this issue from GBL Admin to the Geoportal repo — it's really more about running our application in a production setting than it is about either codebase.

The source code on geodev hasn't changed since Sept 8th, so a sudden loss of functionality is unlikely something code-related, but rather server "service" related. In this case, after restarting Puma (our web server) and Sidekiq (our background job queue) CSV exports are working as expected for me.

Can you please confirm everything works as expected on your end?

I don't know what would cause the application to stop adding rows to the exports... I'll double check with Michael that we periodically restart the geodev application and server.
