This OpenIndexMap was made 2 years ago and may be out of date: https://github.com/geobtaa/openindexmaps/blob/main/77f-0001.geojson. It is in the geoportal here: https://geo.btaa.org/catalog/77f-0001

To do:

[ ] check to see if the other states have plats to add
