Link finally rendered today. Saved it as XML and using OpenRefine to convert to CSV

Are manifests only enabled for multipart items?

To Status field: Added "IIIF in process" for those missing IIIF Added "IIIF active" for those with IIIF

some IIIF links still not working some items are only PDF downloads, not JPG. How to identify?

This file shows items that Rutgers IT reported do NOT have IIIF. However, when processing the items, most of the other items also do not have IIIF.

Performed several passes on the place name normalization. would benefit from more attention, perhaps at a sprint.
