Discuss action of automated scene checker (i.e nightly comparison against scihub/EI or both)

Could you add a little more detail here Graham? What are you after?

At the start, we did a check of 1 months worth of sceneids, and checked it against scihub. It was ok, BUT we haven't done it since - it was more of a run it manually jobby. We had an action to automate it - which would:

get list of all scene ids from say 5 weeks ago to 1 week ago, from both scihub and sedas - and compare them.

It will probably be a can of worms - but should be done.

ESA have published this: https://scihub.copernicus.eu/userguide/6CatalogueViewInCSV which we should add for checks.
