wrong file id in locality image gallery #127

wrong ID/link in locality image gallery, eg., if user open images from http://geocollections.info/locality/10186 and clicks "Pildi detailvaade" he/she will be taken to wrong file detail view. newly added files not displayed -- maybe still using image table?

Fixed it, yes it was still using image table.
