library detail view improvements #166

The title should be on 3 lines:

  1. "Virtuaalne artiklite kogumik:" / "Virtual reference collection:" [with smaller font]
  2. $title
  3. "Koostanud: " / "Compiled by " $author ($year) [with smaller font]

Then we do not need the table below - the main text can be simply shown in a div, and "Collection created: $date_added ", last changed: $date_changed" and "Cite the collection: " could be on 2 separate lines with sufficient top spacing. Then also no need for "General info" heading above.
