front page link to DOI #180

The front page link "Geoloogilised andmed" that directs to http://ermas.geokogud.info/ should be replaced by "Geoloogilised andmed (DOI)" / "Research data (DOI)", linking currently to .../doi and in future to https://doi.geocollections.info or similar.
