14 CETAF institutions have alredy implemented CETAF stable identifiers: https://cetaf.org/cetaf-stable-identifiers
We should enable it too, using url https://geocollections.info/specimen/$id
To get this done we just need to map the url in ABCD UnitGUID concept that is sent to GBIF.
In addition we should aim at level 2, which requires redirect to rdf representation of each specimen record. So far, few institutions have this.
