Add covid-19 demo #8

Heads-up @Nowosad I've got a simple animated Covid-19 demo in there. Happy for this to go in? I we can merge and push manual build of website tomorrow of so (Travis CI seems to be down).

Sure, will be good timing and a good test to see if it works. I've saved some of the steps to make it easier and faster to build. Catch up tomorrow, and later today I believe.
