Use px for button styling #8

Resolves #5.

Follow styling as specified by https://github.com/material-components/material-components-web/blob/a3a6caf48f483c742147fcd19b93dfb28b8ab6db/packages/mdc-button/mdc-button.scss#L26

Size in px is ok. :+1:

Why skip button is smaller and without hover? Touch target for skip button is bad. MD has buttons with same size. Agree button is on the right.
