10 months ago partially done in 84657fd6b398da55cbdc486059b023f771d300f8, but no ui added yet (that's for next release)
doesn't seem like safe mode lets you manage mods rn? and depending on how the launcher ui is done it may need some indicator within geode that warns users that they're in safe mode
safe mode doesnt load any mods but lets u remove them and stuff
