Add Always use safe mode option #28

so basically uh this adds an option to always use safe mode. holding down the button launches normally if this is on.

sometimes i want to play basically unmodded gd with my geode save and i dont feel like clearing out mods every time (i dont do backups because robs servers suck now)

i'm not too sure about this, seems quite hacky lol. i plan on adding profiles at some point, which would solve your problem and probably a few more. it'll take some time (needs settings rewrite >~<) but i'll close this for now
