Update the license agreement #12

The file src/docs/license.html is referenced in the setup and update scripts. It is still the old one from the Geodesic Solutions, LLC. company, which no longer exists.

Look into and update the license, maybe use MIT. Whatever license is used, the LICENSE in the base folder needs to match (currently MIT license but may change based on community feedback).

Fixed by #39 among others, we are going with MIT license.
