Remove Demo Banners, Google+ from alt templates sets #139

Better to just do it now and get it over with.

Note: the actual image files can not be deleted since they are used in Changelog pages, and those are very low priority.

geo_templates\default\main_page\extra_pages\advertise_with_us.tpl

shows up here:

Just place all new sample images in the default template external/images/banners folder and all other templates will inherit it. I hope.
