Allowed HTML Form Does Not Work #207

I turned off everything on the HTML form in the admin side. When placing ad the entire HTML editor shows everything. Nothing is being updated.

Per discussion #206, the allowed HTML is not intended to influence the TinyMCE HTML editor. That can be modified and customized via your template set using the tinymce.tpl template file.
